  1. Do something that is easy to replicate
  2. Accepts newcomers as equal
  3. Have newcomers become leaders
  4. Be public
  5. Add momentum

    Some other ideas now come to mind: courage and certainty.

    We gain certainty by acting on our beliefs and experiencing the consequences. It takes courage to go on the line, so the speak.
